Chocolate is in fact good for you (as well as bad).

The type is probably the one with large amount of cocoa solids like dark chocolate, made in Europe (not UK).

Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants which fight the free radicals in your body.

It also lowers blood pressure and has an ingredients responsible for energy supplementation.  I once had to work 24 hours and during the night I had small pieces of chocolate every hour to keep myself going – it worked!
